How do we do it?
None of your request for proposal information is ever sent over email or other unsecure means. Your data is transmitted from our website via bank level security, transmitted over a 256-bit SSL, and accessed exclusively over Secured HTTP protocol. Your data is then stored and accessed only through your private link, password-protected, encrypted DropBox folder.
Your identity remains anonymous until you choose to engage a service provider. The information you submit does not contain company, employee, or owner names or contact information. The service providers just get the minimum information they need to create a proposal. For even further protection, you can create a throw-away email address to submit your requests for proposal and receive notifications of proposal submissions. If you do this, not even Rbundle has your company email address to determine your identity. We don’t add you to marketing lists even if we do know your identity.
